When will I get my product?

We generally ship out orders within in the week that it was ordered. Standard shipping takes between 1-5 business days and expedited shipping takes between 1-3 business days.

 

Will the Epoch Skin adhesive damage my device?

All Epoch Skins use patented 3M adhesives that deliver superior application and clean removal. Our in-house tests have shown that they do not leave any visible damage or discoloration on the iPhone, iPad, or Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro.

 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped same day, and consequently can’t be cancelled. However, we may issue returns for unsuccessfully cancelled products.

Our cancellation policy is as listed: Returned items have a 15% restocking fee. Returned items purchased with free shipping will also incur a $5.00 fee for US orders and $15.00 fee for international orders on top of the cost of return shipping (Only if already shipped)
